Key Points The frequency of multiple readmissions increase between 30 and180 days post‐index PCI associated with significant patient morbidity and cost. Factors associated with multiple readmissions include patient clinical attributes and social factors. Detailed assessment of clinical management coupled with addressing social risk represent future opportunities to improve patient outcomes and reduce cost.
