Key Points The effective treatment of significant tricuspid regurgitation remains an unmet clinical need, especially in patients denied from surgery. Combined transcatheter “edge‐to‐edge” mitral and tricuspid valve repair with MitraClip system is a feasible but challenging procedure and a learning experience might favorable impact on outcomes. Further technological improvements and studies on percutaneous approach in experienced heart valve centers are needed.
