Key Points Significant mitral regurgitation (MR) is common in patients undergoing valve‐in‐valve transcatheter aortic valve replacement (VIV‐TAVR) for aortic bioprosthetic structural valve deterioration. The current study suggests that mild and moderate MR generally improves after VIV‐TAVR, and does not appear to impact clinical outcomes. Further research is needed to refine these findings.
