Key Points Results from this analysis support the hypothesis that the reduction of the coronary sinus redistributes coronary flow in the myocardium. The results from this analysis must be interpreted with caution; while being the first report of its kind, the small sample size and methodological flaws limit the generalizability of the findings. Future studies should investigate the use of the coronary sinus reducer to improve myocardial function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
