Key Points As indications for TAVR expand, there is a need for predictive models of procedural complications. Application of the HAS‐BLED score demonstrated patient comorbidities that contribute to increased bleeding events and mortality. Further adequately powered studies will be needed to validate the HAS‐BLED score for use in the TAVR population or further elucidate important risk factor to incorporate into future predictive risk models.
