Key Points There is no clear consensus about the definition of frailty and how to accurately measure it. There is accumulating evidence that frail old patients have worse outcomes after TAVR compared to non‐frail patients. Further randomized research is needed to confirm those concerns and to standardize the role of frailty assessment in patient selection for TAVR.
