Key Points Multivessel compared to single vessel PCI in patients with STEMI is associated with younger age and less comorbid conditions Multivessel PCI for patients with STEMI and multivessel disease appears to be safe without increased mortality compared to infarct‐related artery only PCI. Results from ongoing large‐scale randomized trials are under way to provide robust evidence of the ideal interventional therapy of patients with STEMI and multivessel disease.
