Key Points The importance of minimizing radio‐contrast load among patients with CKD undergoing TF‐TAVR is highlighted by Arrigo and coworkers. Use of non‐contrast annular sizing techniques such as cardiac MRI or 3D TEE should be encouraged for precise valve sizing. Limited‐contrast CT performed with contrast infusion via a pigtail catheter placed in the descending aorta provides excellent iliofemoral assessment for TF‐TAVR.
