Key Points MDCT performed 1 month after TAVI identified partial or complete coverage of more than 33.6% of coronary artery ostia There was no relationship between coronary ostial coverage and subsequent myocardial infarction, need for late PCI, or success of PCI. While the risk of coronary artery occlusion is low after TAVI, the risk of occlusion may be higher and the ability to access the coronary arteries may be lower if the coronary height is < 10 mm, the sinuses of Valsalva are effaced, the patient requires valve‐in‐valve procedure, or the stent frame consists of a tightly woven braided design.
