Key Points Completely normal coronary arteries on an angiogram all but guarantee a course free of coronary artery disease. Documented normal coronary arteries need not to be restudied for many years to come if at all. A larger study with coronary angiograms assessed as completely normal by a panel and with at least 10‐year follow‐up needs to corroborate these conclusions.
