Key Points Computed tomography almost doubles the detection of peri‐device leaks compared to trans‐esophageal echocardiography post‐Amplatzer Occluder Plug implantation. Oversizing at least 10% of the appendage orifice may be a helpful parameter in minimizing peri‐device leak. The significance of residual leaks remains unclear.
