A transcatheter pulmonary valve (Melody®) was implanted within a stenotic biological valve prosthesis in tricuspid position, as an alternative to the fourth major cardiac surgery in a 12‐year‐old girl. There were no complications. The postinterventional result was very good. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
