We report on a 57‐year‐old woman who underwent transcatheter occlusion of a residual classical Blalock‐Taussig shunt with the Amplatzer® Duct Occluder II (ADO II) 35 years following definitive surgical correction for tetralogy of Fallot. © 2008 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
