Transcatheter device closure of secundum atrial septal defects (ASD) has become an accepted treatment modality. Currently, the only device that can be used for large defects is the Amplatzer Septal Occluder. We report on a new device (Occlutech Figulla), to close multiple ASDs in a child with two large defects using 12 and 15 mm devices. © 2008 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
