Percutaneous intervention for central vein occlusion is getting popular. Self‐expandable stent is user‐friendly in this field, however, jump‐out displacement may happen. An 82‐year‐old woman with end‐stage renal disease and central vein occlusion underwent central vein stenting. Dislodgement of the self‐expandable stent was encountered. Migration into right ventricle and subsequently right pulmonary artery was noted. Chest films of this rare condition were reported. © 2007 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
