Abstract Para‐anastomotic graft leaks are a potential complication following surgical repair of an aortic aneurysm. Reoperation may be associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We report successful percutaneous transcatheter closure of an anastomotic graft leak utilizing an occluder device. © 2006 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
