This article describes a simple yet effective method to catheterize the coronary arteries when the ascending aorta is very dilated. Two catheters are used in a coaxial fashion. It was possible to catheterize a patient with a 9 cm wide ascending aorta. Catheter Cardiovasc Interv 2004;62:32–34. © 2004 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
