Reports and follow‐up of angioplasty and stenting of asymptomatic totally occluded subclavian arteries are limited. We present a case of unstable angina and arterial occlusion of all four extremities treated with subclavian angioplasty and stenting with subsequent coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention. Twelve‐month follow‐up is also provided. Catheter Cardiovasc Interv 2004;61:310–313. © 2004 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
