Even in the drug‐eluting stent era, percutaneous coronary intervention in bifurcation lesions is complex and technically demanding, and considerable expertise is required. This case report describes in‐stent restenosis due to stent underexpansion after kissing stents using sirolimus‐eluting stents. Catheter Cardiovasc Interv 2003;60:496–499. © 2003 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
