The cover feature picture shows the deep‐red emission of TO‐PRO‐3, a thiazole orange analogue with a trimethine bridge, that can strongly and selectively bind to the internal loop structure of the influenza A virus RNA promoter region. TO‐PRO‐3 was shown to be a useful fluorescence indicator for assessing the binding capabilities of various test compounds for this RNA region, with a view to developing anti‐influenza drug candidates.
