The inside cover picture shows the strategy of studying RNA–RNA interactions with a dual‐reporter plasmid system. On p. 2703 ff. , Y. Li et al. show that by flanking an RNA gene of interest (purple) with the genes of cyan and yellow fluorescent proteins, the relative expression of CFP over YFP becomes sensitive to the presence of its interacting RNA (red) partner.
