The inside cover picture shows a novel fluorescence‐based assay for PAD4. Histone hypercitrullination by PAD4 has been heavily implicated in chromatin decondensation and its overexpression has been linked to autoimmune diseases and cancer. The development of HTS‐compatible assays should aid in the discovery of potent non‐reversible inhibitors. For more details, see the paper by M. Pires et al. on p. 963 ff.
