Integrin antagonists: Saturation transfer difference (STD) and transferred NOE provided useful information on membrane‐bound receptor–ligand interactions in living cells in which the integrin α v β 3 is highly expressed. The epitopes of two cyclic RGD mimics were identified by STD. The different activities of these compounds were interpreted in terms of different binding modes. The experimental evidence was confirmed by docking calculations.
