The inside cover picture shows the plant‐pathogen‐derived natural product Syringolin A, which was turned into an activity‐based probe by attaching a fluorescent rhodamine moiety. This probe was then used to shed light on the labelling specificity of Syringolin A, demonstrating a highly specific binding to the eukaryotic 20S proteasome.
