Dimerization assist : Folding‐incompetent peptides are restored to dimerization capability by side‐chain crosslinking using both Ni 2+ –histidine complexation and a novel double “click” cycloaddition between the i and i +4 azidoalanine residues and synthetic bisalkyne linkers.
