SPOTted by an enzyme . By using SPOT synthesis, peptides from β‐casein that specifically bind to lipoxygenase have been identified. The picture shows binding of fluorescent‐labeled lipoxygenase to the peptide library. Preparative synthesis of some binding peptides and subsequent inhibition assays confirmed a true lipoxygenase inhibition by the octapeptide RINKKIEK.
