Liquid Crystals, 77 [1] . – Novel Macroheterocyclic Palladium Complexes The double cyclopalladation of the bisimine 1 affords spacious tetrapalladium complexes 2a – c which represent new thermotropic metallomesogens, the heaviest low‐molecular liquid crystals (mol. mass ≈ 3500 – 4000) studied so far.
