1,2‐Dihydro‐1,3,2λ 5 ,4λ 5 ‐diazadiphosphete – Synthesis, Structure and Isomerization to the „Inner Salt” of 1,3,2,4λ 5 ‐Diazadiphosphetan‐2‐ium Hydroxide The photochemical reaction of the azidophosphane ( i Pr 2 N) 2 PN 3 ( 1 ) with the tetraazaphospholene ( 3 ) and the bis(imino)phosphorane (Me 3 Si) 2 NP(NSiMe 3 ) 2 ( 6 ) proceeds by elimination of N 2 to yield ( 5 ) and by 1,3‐silyl group shift to furnish ( 8 ) the structures of which were determined by means of NMR data and, in the case of 5 , additionally by X‐ray structure analysis.
