Azaphosphaboriridines and Azadiphosphiridines by Phosphinediyl Transfer Reactions The azaphosphaboriridines ( 4a – d ) are obtained by the reaction of the corresponding chloro(trimethyl‐silyl)posphines RP(Cl)SiMe 3 ( 1a – d ) with the iminoborane 2 . Equally, reaction of 1a – c with the iminophosphine 5 leads to the azadiphosphiridines ( 8a – c ) via an imino‐λ 3 ,λ 5 ‐diphosphene intermediate t BuNP(CEt 3 )=PCH‐(SiMe 3 ) 2 ( 7a ).
