Low‐Coordinated Phosphorus Compounds, 10. Synthesis of a 1,3‐Azaphosphetidine with Exocyclic (PC) Double Bond Interaction of phenylbis(trimethylsilyl)phosphane ( 1 ) with benzoylisocyanide dichloride ( 2 ) yields via halosilane condensation primarily the (phosphinomethylene)phosphane 3 , which gives under cyclisation and (P → O) migration of silyl the isomeric 1,3‐azaphosphetidine 4 , (X‐ray datas).
