of Oxygen Functions into the α‐Position of β‐Diketones, 3. 2‐Acyloxydimedones The ambident anion 8 of 2‐(anilinomethylene)dimedone ( 7 ) is easily acyloxylated at carbon by diacyl peroxides 9 to yield 11 . By solvolysis of 11 the corresponding 2‐acyloxydimedones 5 are obtained in high yields.
