Mild Esterification of N ‐protected Amino Acids via Four‐Component Condensation (4 CC) We describe the esterification of N ‐protected amino acid derivatives, e. g. glycine derivatives and Boc‐Leu‐OH, with methanol or ethanol, respectively, by the action of an enamine and an isocyanide.
