Photochemical Synthesis of (η 5 ‐C 5 H 5 ) 2 V 2 (Co) 5 μ‐Dicarbonyl‐tricarbonylbis[(η 5 ‐cyclopentadienyl)vanadium]( V–V ) ( 2 ) has been synthesized in 89% yield by photolysis of tetracarbonyl(η 5 ‐cylcopentadienyl)vanadium ( 1 ) in tetrahydrofuran using a falling‐film photoreactor.
