Four‐ and Five‐membered Phosphorus Heterocycles, 33: Isolable Phosphine Imide/Ketene Cycloadducts Diphenylketene ( 2 ) adds by its C O bond to the P N bond of azaphospholes 1 . The resulting bridgehead phosphoranes 3 can be isolated but decompose in solution yielding tetraphenylsuccinonitrile ( 5 ).
