3,4‐Dihydro‐1λ 4 ,2,5‐thiadiazole by Condensation of Sulfur Tetrafluoride with Silylamines 3,4‐Dihydro‐1λ 4 ,2,5‐thiadiazole ( 2 ), 1‐[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]‐2‐(difluorosulfuranylidenamino)‐ethane ( 5 ), and 1,2‐bis(difluorosulfuranylidenamino)ethane ( 3 ) are easily obtained under laboratory conditions by action of sulfur tetrafluoride with N,N ′‐disilyl‐ and N,N,N′,N ′‐tetrasilylethylene‐diamine, respectively.
