3(5).4‐Bis‐trimethylsilyl‐pyrazol liefert mit konz. Salpetersäure bzw. Chlorwasserstoffgas 3(5).4‐Bis‐trimethyl silyl‐pyrazolium‐nitrat ( 1 ) bzw. ‐chlorid ( 2 ). – Die Thermolyse von 1 ergibt in 99 proz. Ausbeute das bisher noch unbekannte reine Trimethylsilylnitrat ( 4 ). In analoger Weise bildet sich aus 2 Trimethylchlorsilan ( 5 ). Als weiteres Reaktionsprodukt entsteht in beiden Fällen 3(5)‐Trimethylsilyl‐pyrazol ( 3 ).
