Eine neue Synthese des Thiazylfluorids beruht auf der Umsetzung von Triphenylphosphinimin ( 1a ) oder Triphenylphosphin‐(trimethylsilylimin) ( 1b ) mit Schwefeltetrafluorid in Toluol bei −78°. Nebenher entsteht in beiden Fällen noch Triphenyldifluorphosphoran, bei 1a außerdem NH 4 F. bei 1b noch Trimethylfluorsilan.
