Die neuen Aminosäuren β‐[2‐Dimethylamino‐thiazolyl‐(4)]‐alanin‐dihydrochlorid ( 3a ) und β‐[5‐Nitro‐2‐dimethylamino‐thiazolyl‐(4)]‐alanin‐hydrochlorid ( 3b ) werden dargestellt. Einwirkung von Natriumäthylat auf die 5‐Nitro‐2‐dialkylamino‐4‐chlormethyl‐thiazole 1c und 1d führt zu den cis ‐bzw. trans ‐1.2‐Bis‐[5‐nitro‐2‐dialkylamino‐thiazolyl‐(4)]‐äthylenen trans ‐ 4a , cis ‐ 4b und trans ‐ 4b .
