Über die Reaktion von Methylstannyl‐ und Methylgermanylaziden mit Phosphinen

Die Umsetzung von Trimethylstannylazid mit Trimethyl‐, Triäthyl‐ und Triphenylphosphin führt nicht zu N ‐Trimethylstannyl‐iminotriorganophosphoranen, (CH 3 ) 3 Sn N PR 3 , da vor Erreichen der Reaktionstemperatur ersteres zu Tetramethylstannan und Dimethylstannyldiazid disproportioniert. (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(N 3 ) 2 reagiert dann mit R 3 P weiter zu den N ‐Dimethylazidostannyl‐iminotriorganophosphoranen, (CH 3 ) 2 N 3 Sn N PR 3 (R CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , C 6 H 5 ). Trimethylgermanylazid und Dimethylgermanyldiazid liefern mit Trimethylphosphin dagegen ohne Komplikationen die N ‐Methylgermanyl‐iminophosphorane (CH 3 ) 3 Ge N P(CH 3 ) 3 , (CH 3 ) 2 N 3 Ge N P(CH 3 ) 3 und (CH 3 ) 2 Ge[ N P(CH 3 ) 3 ] 2 .
