Umsetzung von Actinocinyl‐dichlorid ( 8a ; Disäurechlorid von 5 ) mit Estern von Amino‐säuren und Peptiden führt zu Actinocinyl‐bis‐aminosäure‐ bzw. Actinocinyl‐bis‐peptid‐estern. – Verschiedene Wege zur Synthese von Bis‐ seco ‐actinomycin C 3 ( 12a ) wurden erprobt und der ergiebigste zur Totalsynthese von Actinomycin C 3 ( 13a ) benutzt.
