Die Konstitution eines neuen hydroaromatischen Ketons im spanischen Eucalyptusöl wird ermittelt. Es liegt ein doppelt ungesättigtes, optisch inaktives Fünfringketon C 10 H 14 O vor, das sich zu den bekannten Verbindungen Pinolon und 3‐Isopropyl‐l‐acetyl‐cyclopentan reduzieren läßt.
