In the midst of the impending disruption to college sports as we know it, a panel of experts discussed the potential legal and regulatory implications for student‐athletes, athletics administrators, coaches, and others during a virtual forum in June hosted by Gonzaga University and the University of Washington. The panel was moderated by Agnieszka McPeak, J.D., Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Law, Ethics, and Commerce at the Gonzaga University School of Law.
