Prepare to continue leading staff, student‐athletes in rapidly changing environment rife with challenges

As Associate Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator of Sport Management at Eastern Michigan University, who also supervises student internships, Erica J. Zonder, J.D., M.S., usually spends the spring and summer talking to dozens of organizations that have internship pipelines and sending multiple emails per week to current and former students about opportunities. But, of course, circumstances have been far from typical for Zonder and everyone else involved with college athletics.
