When the plaintiff — a student‐athlete — played on the Purdue University North‐Central baseball team in 2015, the head coach allegedly: (1) treated white players more favorably than the plaintiff and the other Hispanic players, (2) disciplined Hispanic players more severely for misconduct than white players, and (3) gave Hispanic players less playing time.
