When Dawn Stewart first took on her role as director of athletics at Otterbein University six years ago, she knew she had a big challenge to tackle — the lack of alumni engagement with the athletics program. As an alumna of Otterbein's athletics program, she had a hunch about what caused the lack of engagement, but she wanted to find out more.
