ORLANDO, Fla. — When student‐athletes or coaches post to social media, it can seem like the whole world is watching. And some of their social media posts can make any athletics administrator cringe at the potential fallout. In an attempt to circumvent controversial posts, some athletics departments impose restrictions on student‐athletes' social media use, even going to the point of monitoring their online activities.
