Most everyone struggles with issues related to work‐life balance. But that issue often becomes more prevalent and complex for women coaches. During a session at the Women Coaches Leadership Forum, hosted by the Alliance of Women Coaches in partnership with the America East Conference, the Northeast Conference, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, and the Patriot League, panelists and participants discussed how to manage work‐life balance along with a successful career.
