A Maryland federal court held that it wouldn't be a fundamental alteration for a university to provide captioning at football stadiums and basketball arenas and on athletics websites, but that factual issues existed as to whether providing captioning would be an undue burden on the university. Innes v. The Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland , Civil Action No. DKC 13‐2800, will now go to trial.
