When your staff members suffer from burnout, it can have far‐reaching, long‐term impact. Productivity and morale decline. Stress‐related illnesses, injuries and sick days increase. Departmental and institutional liability climbs. It all adds up to an unhealthy work environment and a poor example for student‐athletes, coaches and staff members alike.
