The National Collegiate Athletic Association's Mid‐American Conference issued a report detailing 18 allegations of misconduct against the men's basketball program at the State University of New York, Buffalo, in November 1999. A few days later, SUNY Buffalo presented Timothy Cohane — its basketball coach — with a copy of the report.
